Delivery

Please allow 10 working days to receive your order – occasionally due to staff holidays this may take longer so please bear this in mind if ordering in the summer or before Christmas. Goods will usually be sent by Royal Mail second class post and postage costs are included at the time of payment. In the unlikely circumstance that good are not received within the stated time, enquiries can be made by emailing us.

Returns

We will offer a full refund if the incorrect or faulty goods have been sent, or alternatively will make every effort to send the correct goods as soon as possible. In the case of T-shirts, if the item does not fit please return to the office with a note explaining the problem and if you want a different or larger item, or if you want a refund. Any other problems with your order – please contact the office.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless your order is wrong, damaged or faulty.

The CCND goods are intended as a fund-raiser for CCND so we hope you will bear with us if there’s a delay or the item isn’t quite right.
